The 6 Motivation Tips That Never Fail
Imagine sitting on a tropical island, a cool breeze blowing against your face. In the distance you can hear the soothing sound of crystal clear waves rolling gently onto the shore. Peaceful feeling, don’t you think? Imagine running full speed off the edge of a cliff, heart pounding in your chest, with a hang-glider attached to catch your fall. You sore through the air, seeing the world from a bird’s eye view. You’re on top of the world! Pretty exciting, isn’t it? Imagine going through your entire day without a hint of stress, tension or worry. Everything goes your way and no one can get to you. Think about how life would be if every day went this way. Every day was free from worry and stress. Such a relaxing and happy picture.

Imagination can be a very powerful and effective way to motivate yourself. However, besides imagination, here are 6 motivation tips that can help you boost your energy level:
1. It’s Never Too Late - No matter how old you may be, the time to pursue your goals and dreams is right now. It might not be as easy to chase them down as it was ten years ago, but if you wait another ten, it’s going to be twice as hard. No matter your age, start today.
2. See It and You’ll Believe It - Spend ten minutes a day, at least three times per week, imagining yourself taking action toward and achieving your goal. Make the pictures and scenes you create in your mind as vivid as possible and in no time you’ll be motivated to bring those pictures to life.
3. Phone a Friend - Make a list of three people that you’ve found to be both encouraging and supportive as well as willing to challenge you and hold you to your word. When the motivation to act on your goals begins to fade, call a member from your list for a guaranteed boost to your spirit and drive.
4. Take a Nap - As odd as it may sound, sometimes the most effective way to get motivated is to get napping. With a quick catnap, your body and mind can get the rest and relaxation they need to come back with twice as much the strength and creativity.
5. The List of Reasons - Getting motivated comes down to one thing: reasons. If you have strong enough reasons backing your goals or dreams, you’ll do what it takes to achieve them. With one of your most important goals in mind, create a list of your most compelling reasons to succeed. Read often.
6. Create a Contract - Using your personal computer, create a contract that states what you want to change or improve about your life and by when you’re committed to doing it. Print, sign, and date. Then hang up on your wall as a constant reminder. Grab more interesting articles from The Millionaire Secrets.
