Most people are not having what they want in their lives and they are living in mediocrity simply because they are not taking the responsibility for their lives.

Chances are, most people will either give excuse or blame other things.

This is because if you believe that you are responsible for your life, that means you are creating the results you are getting. And if you are the one who is creating the results, you can always create or un-create them at will.
This clearly explains why successful people are able to produce amazing results in their lives while the ordinary people are just getting by.

People don’t take responsibility for their lives because it is less risky in the short-term. However, over the long-term, the event may be disastrous.
You work late every night. you come home tired and burned out. You eat dinner in a coma and then sit down in front of the television to watch a baseball game. You’re too tired and stressed out to do anything else – like go for a walk or play with the kids. This goes on for years. Your wife asks you to talk to her. You say, “later!” Three years later, you come home to an empty house and a note she has left you and taken the kids.
Can you see it? You’re the one who created the outcomes in your life.
If you don’t spend time to train the dog, they will go wild and out of control. Guess what, you’re responsible for this.
Whenever you start to take 100% responsibility for your life, you can create the results you want and slowly, you will be living the life you want and making your dreams come true.

There was a time when Sir Jack Canfield was in a television show in Dallas, Texas, he made a claim that if people who would use the principles he taught, they could double their time and double their time off in 2 years.
And guess what, the woman who was interviewing Jack that time was skeptical about his bold claimed.
So Jack told the woman if she used his principles and techniques for 2 years and she did not double her income and double her time off, he would come back to the show and give the woman $1,000.
On the other hand, if the principles and techniques work, she had to ask him back and tell her viewers that it works.

I have read many self help books, and opening this book, and reading the 6 pages of testimonials and quotes, many from renowned authors or business people forms the impression that this book is out of the ordinary.
This book is a great reference and an excellent teaching manual for either a relentless self improver, or aspiring life coach. In the first 20 pages alone is major information about discovering your life purpose. Everything else flows from having a major definite purpose.
Taking 100% responsibility for what happens in your life, as opposed to blaming is also a very powerful concept.
I am also really liking the formula E + R =O. Event + response = Outcome. So, if you don’t like the outcome, change the response, or you will keep getting similar outcomes.
All these concepts are in the early part of the book, so you can probably imagine how much benefit can be derived from the remainder of this amazing book. More recently, I acquired the audio version of this book, which is narrated by Jack Canfield. If you like the book, you’ll like this too.
