Back to today’s topic, but first have you ever figure out why there are some people who work easily, and he can be a Millionaire. But some other people work so hard and only earn few pennies a day. Are these who work less but earn more has got better luck than others? Are they much smarter than others? The answer is obviously a ‘NO‘. So what is the difference between? The mindset. Those who success in life and able to make big money are those who adopt the Millionaire Mindset. They have the winning mindset instead of giving up and adopt the victim’s mindset.

Most people go through life with the victim’s mindset and this prevents them from ever changing their financial situation. When they don’t get the results they want, victims tend to give themselves lots of excuses like ‘I’m born poor’, ‘I’m don’t have the luck’, ‘I’m not creative enough’, ‘I don’t have the experience’, and many other kinds of excuses. Victims also tend to blame other people except themselves. When you ask victims why they are not yet rich, they will say something like ‘my boss won’t give me a raise’, ‘the stock market caused me to lose everything’, ‘I don’t get any opportunities’. Familiar with all these excuses? Ever seen someone like this? And honestly, are you like this?

The problem is that when you are giving excuses and blame others, you are not controlling your life and your wealth, it was others who are controlling you. You will feel powerless to change In order to be a Millionaire, you need first to adopt the winner’s mindset, take 100% responsibility for every results in your life. When the economy is bad, winners will not blame the economy, they will take 100% responsibility, they told themselves that they’re not doing good enough, the sales are not enough, and their closing is not good enough.

That is why, they will have the control to change all this and be more successful in life. Let me give you an example here. A worker complains about his boss, saying that his boss is so stingy, not giving him a raise. So what will you say? You can tell him, ‘well take responsibility for yourself, if you want your boss to give a raise to you, you must be worthy for your boss to do so, work harder and create more values for your company’. Some people might say well, I’ve created more value and work harder, but still my boss not giving me a raise. I’ll say, ‘well take responsibility that although you’ve created more value but have you shown it to your boss?

If you’re not showing to your boss, guess what, it is your fault’. Then people will say well Shawn, I’ve created more value and I’ve also shown to my boss, guess what I’ll say, well take responsibility that you choose to stay and suffer, if you’ve created more value and you’ve shown it to your boss, but still your boss not giving you the fair salary, you can choose to quit your job. Because if you’ve done all these, the market outside will appreciate you more and pay you more. So that’s all about winner’s mindset. And if you wanted to be rich, you need to understand the game of money.

Remember, Money Is A Game, if you know how to play the game, then you will have lots of money in your hand, and I mean, lots of it. Ask Henry Ford this question, what will you do if I took away all your money? And guess what Henry Ford‘s answer is? He said, give me 5 years and I will become as rich as now again. So you see, once you know the rule of the game, everything is easy for you.

So far I’ve posted a lot about the mindset and all the motivations for you to be rich. For me, the mind is more important, you need to have the mindset before starting your journey to be a Millionaire, because you will face a lot of challenges, but don’t you ever give up, only a loser will quit.
