Easy Motivation
Looking for a few tips and tricks to get that motivation flowing? We’ve got you covered! Throw a handful of the tips below into your daily routine and you’ll be up and running in no time at all.
1. Scare Yourself.
When it comes to living a better life, your comfort zone is among your greatest enemies. Many of the things you wish to do or be require a push beyond that zone, so it’s time to start building your fear-breaking muscles. At least once a month, do something that scares you and expands your circle of comfort.
2. Get Connected.
You’ve got a handful of exciting goals and you’re ready to take on the world…now what? Getting motivated won’t do you any good if you don’t know what you should do with it. To solve the problem, get in touch with someone who has already achieved the goals or dreams you’re after. You’ll have a source of guidance, support, and proven results.
3. Excuses, Excuses.
After enough repetition, we forget that our empty excuses for not doing something about the things we want are just that - excuses. Make a list of your most common excuses and next to each one describe why the excuse isn’t valid and how you can quickly overcome the challenge it avoids.
4. The Greatest Lesson.
Happy customers may be good for business, but when it comes to making improvements, unhappy customers take the cake. It is only when you make a mistake that you have the chance to learn and make something better. The same is true for you. Look to every setback you experience as a valuable learning tool and put the fear of failure behind you once and for all.
5. The Shadow of Fear.
More often than not, the overwhelming fears that keep you from what you want are actually small obstacles casting big shadows. Spend time closely examining the things you fear and you’ll quickly find a molehill where there once stood a mountain.
6. Movies to the Rescue.
Watch inspiring movies. If a particular film struck a chord within you, chances are good that it will achieve the same affect again. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Return to the movies that once filled you with hope and excitement and enjoy the same results each and every time.
7. The Greatest Regret.
If you wait long enough, you’ll run out of time. Everyone may avoid this fact, but it’s a fact just the same. Without a doubt, the number of times you can put off your goals is shrinking every day. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Take a deep breath, make the decision, and get moving. Grab more interesting articles from The Millionaire Secrets.
