Hi, welcome back to The Millionaire Secrets. Last time I’ve posted something about how you can get motivated by visualization (You can read it here, Motivation By Visualisation). Now I’m going to tell you how you can do this to help you achieve your dreams your aims. Actually this method has got something to do with our mind. Many people underestimate the power of our mind. They don’t know that actually our mind is the most powerful resource that lies in us.

When talk about motivation by visualization, you need to know about NLP, or neuro linguistic programming. To put it simple, NLP is the study of how our mind works and how you can optimized your mind towards your goals. It is the most important and the most basic thing that you will need to know if you want to SUCCESS or achieve goals in your life!

Sounds very interesting and very vital. Yes indeed. Let me show you an example, just close your eyes and imagine that you are standing right beside your mum, and you are watching her taking a big yellow lemon. She then put it on the table, take out a knife, and cut through the lemon slowly. And you can hear the sour juice of the lemon gushing out. Did you feel that your tongue now is filled with saliva? If you imagine all the process correctly, you should have produced more saliva in your mouth.

Why is this so? This is because your mind cannot differentiate between fantasy and reality. Your mind make it so real that your saliva is coming out in your mouth. So now you’ve got the idea how powerful your mind could be. If you still hesitate about the power of your mind, then allow me to tell you another interesting case. There is a patient, who is suffering due to cancer. And this patient keep on consulting the doctors as he (assume is a guy) don’t wish to die at a young age.

One day the doctor feel curious and want to try out a new method of treatment, since there is no more cure for that cancer patient. So the doctor tell him that there will be a new medicine that will be available in the coming week and that the medicine can successfully cure cancer easily.

So when the day come, the patient take that medicine, and a few months later, he was cured, the cancer cells in his body are totally gone. But what he did not find out is that the medicine given by the doctor is just a vitamin. The doctor lied to him. However his cancer was totally gone! Another few months later, this patient find out that the doctor lied to him and that the medicine he took last time is just mere vitamin. A few days later his cancer grow in such a fast pace and killed him.

The moral of the story, your mind is so powerful that if you keep on focusing on your goals, you will eventually achieve them. So if you want to be a Millionaire, then always visualize that you’re a Millionaire, and in the end you will be a Millionaire. Below are some tips to help you harness the powerful of visualization.

1. Find out where is your comfort zone. Be it in your bed room, living room, in a church or in a temple. Anywhere that will make you feel calm and can relax your mind will do. Be sure to choose a place where there is no noise.

2. Determine what is your goals. What you want to achieve, whether to gain a healthy life or to live an abundant life. Focus on your goals. If you want to have a healthy life, then concentrate on attaining a healthy body. If you want to live an abundant life, then imagine your bank is flooded with money, checks are sending to you every months, and having vacation while still receiving incomes.

3. Feel your dreams. You need to focus and make your visualization as real as possible. Add feelings into your visualization, feel exciting, feel exhilarating. Don’t think about all the negative effects, get lose of headache and stress.

4. Be consistent, the best is to do this process everyday. Take a few minutes everyday to dream about what you want. This will strengthen your belief system and your dreams will be achieve sooner than you can expect.
