Yes, you read the title right, if you can blog, then you can sell your own products. This is very true. The best example that I can give is this blog of mine. You see, I’m giving away 2 e-books for free, The Millionaire Insider and 12 Keys to Success. The content in both of these e-books are mainly from my blog posts here. All I do is that I compile them in such a way that it becomes a book. You see, I’m not a journalist, my English are not really that good, but still I can write. Many people did not know that the content accumulated from their blogs are so useful, and they can even make use of their blog posts and compile them into books.

For example, if you blog talks about how to make more money online, then after a few months, you will accumulate some useful information in your blog. Then you can make use of this information, compile them into e-books, or any mini reports that you can give away for free, or to sell. Your blog works as an information bank and it can store useful information in your targeted niche. Of course, you must always publish great content and information in your blog, or else all the information you compiled will get low credibility. To put it simple, if you can blog, then you can create your own information products. Many people are lazy to read blog posts, most of them think that blog posts are not informative, they will prefer to read e-books, because they feel that e-book sounds more professional, and those who can write it must be someone who have experience in their niche.

Furthermore, most people are not going to dig deep into your blog to search for useful information. Meaning that all your quality posts are going to be wasted once they have been buried deep in your blog. Creating an e-book from the information of your blog is another great way of bringing your quality articles for your readers. And once you have your own information products, you can start creating more value to your readers, you can start building up your own list. Building up your own list is the main purposes of giving something away for free. If you want to create a solid and long-term business, then you must build your own list.

So start creating more value for your readers today. If you notice, you will find that no matter in what cases, it is content that are important. Therefore, you must start providing the information that people are looking for. I always mention this words, ‘people visit your site with just one purpose, that is they are looking for something that you provided for them’. And this is very true, without great content, do you think that people will subscribe and read through your blog? Frankly, I don’t think so.
