Many times that you told yourself that you are happy, you are happy and you are happy. But in the end you are still staying in your previous lousy state. So how can you change it? This is because by staying in a motivated state, all the things you do will be more effective and you can achieve much more.

Your physiology, or the way you use your physical body, is going to affect your emotional state. For example, if you are feeling depress now, then that is because maybe your breathing is at certain place. Your body posture, your muscle tension and your facial expression are all in a certain place. This is totally the opposite the moment you feel excited and motivated. When you are motivated, your breathing is faster and deeper, your moving and your facial expression are totally different.
Your internal representation will be your thinking. What you see in your mind will be your internal representation. If you are listening to rock and fast type of songs, you will feel excited. The same goes to if you listen to sad songs, you will feel depress in the end. So what determine our internal representation? There are only two things, what we see and what we hear. Just like the moment you see your dream car, you will feel motivated again.
So now you know that your physiology and your internal representation are going to affect your state. Since you’ve known this, you can always control these two factors and keep yourself in motivated state. You feel down and depress due to physiology and internal representation because of your past experiences. In the past, the moment you feel down, you will think of something in your mind and your body posture is in certain way. Hence, when your mind and your posture are in that particular place again, the ‘down’ feeling will come. You must learn how to break this.
