Now, by changing all these of your physiology, you can change your state of mind. You can basically switch from a depress state to a fully motivated state if you do everything correct.

In your road of pursuing success, you are going to face a lot of obstacles, and therefore you need to learn how to motivate yourself. Too many people underestimate the power of motivation. Without motivation, you cannot achieve great results. Motivation is unlike knowledge and skills.
