Take your time and think about this, what are you going to do now if you know that 3 years from now you will still be in this same niche? First thing first, to be a millionaire, you need to know how much you want to earn every day, how much money you make every month and every year. You must know exactly where you want to be financially. In other words, you must identify the specific financial levels that can be achievable and attainable.

Level 1 : Financial Stability
Well, this is the most basic level of financial, most people you meet everyday will be categorized in this level. So what are the characteristics of Financial Stability? Ok, you will achieve Financial Stability when you have accumulated enough liquid assets to cover your current expenses for a minimum of six months. Besides that, you will need to have life and hospitalization insurance to protect you and your family, or you won’t be able to maintain your current lifestyle.

If you have achieve this first level, you will have the peace of mind that should any unexpected challenges befall you (business failure, pay cut, death or disabled), you and your family lifestyle will not be compromised. Once you’ve achieve this basic financial level, it will also ensure that you have sufficient time to venture for new streams of income. In the mean time, once you reached this level, you will have financial stability to quit your job and to start your very own business, should you need to. After you’ve achieve this level, here comes the next level.

Level 2 : Financial Security
You will achieve Financial Security once you generate enough passive or residual income to cover all your basic expenses. Remember, the cash flow you generated must be passive or residual income, not from your salary. And all the cash flow generated here is enough to cover only basic expenses, not your lifestyle expenses. When you attain this, you are said to be in Financial Security.

In this level, you can quit your job and without working, you can sustain a very simple and basic lifestyle. In addition, if you continue to work, all your active income from your salary can be used to channeled your investment. Therefore will further increase your assets and increase your income streams. Yeah, it is not enough for you and me, what we want here is to make big money, you know, humans are greedy. Then you must aim for.

Level 3 : Financial Freedom
Yes, sounds familiar to you right? We’ve heard people often telling us that they want to achieve Financial Freedom, they want their life to be free financially. So what exactly is Financial Freedom? Ok, Financial Freedom is when you through your investment of time, money and ideas, accumulated a critical amount of positive cash flow, which is enough to maintain your current lifestyle. Yes, Financial Freedom is only enough to sustain your current lifestyle, and not your desired lifestyle.

When you’ve reach this level, you can choose to stop working and still, maintain your current standard of living, for sure. But most people when they’ve successfully achieve this level, they will still continue with their business or work. It is not that they need to, but they choose to, because they love their work love their business so much. Obviously, the more expenses you have now, the more luxurious your lifestyle will be, and the longer for you to achieve Financial Freedom. If you keep on invest your money, keep on making deals in your businesses, finally, you will come to this level.

Final Level : Financial Abundance
So, this is the final financial level you can achieve. It is pretty much like other financial levels, just that, through the investment of your time, money and ideas, the money accumulated from passive income is able to sustain your desired lifestyle. The desired lifestyle expenses are the expenses that will take you to live the life of your dreams. Well, this is totally depends on what kind of desired lifestyle you wish to live. For example, if you dream of living in a 20,000 square-feet bungalow with a swimming pool, drive a BMW 5 Series, then you could be looking at a monthly lifestyle that will cost you around $50,000. And the more luxurious your desired lifestyle, the more longer you need time to achieve Financial Abundance.

And again, once you reach this level, you can stop your all your work anytime you wish. But then, most people choose to continue with their work. They love their work so much, for them, working is fun, and money is a game. And they will even donate they active income for charity causes and keep compounding their wealth. Great, now you are clear with all the financial levels that you can achieve.

5. Passion
The poor – They don’t have the passion to wanted to be rich. They will only do what is told, they will live their life ordinary, it is hard for them to have failures in their life, and hence, it is also hard for them to be successful. Actually it is not that poor people don’t have the passion, but they have the passion towards the wrong things. For example, they will be happy when their boss praise them, they will feel touching when they get discount from shops. They have the wrong passion towards the wrong occasion.

The rich – The passion that the stays with the rich are strong. Only by having passion, they live their life with more challenges. Life without challenges is not the real life, without challenges in life, you are not going to improve. Because of passion, all problems can be solved, and everything can be achieved.

6. Confidence
The poor – Well, this is actually what is happening, most of the poor will buy expensive and branded clothes. They need the so-called high class clothes and other jewelries to make them feel more confident. Therefore, the confidence they have is not coming from their inner heart, but they need all these materials to make the feel ‘rich’

7. Online
The poor – Most of the time they online just to check their emails, and look for funny or touching emails and forward to their friends. And almost all of their time spent on chit-chating with their friends. They have lots of free time, and they can chat all night long.

The rich – They will online search for opportunity. What kind of opportunity? To make more money. They will search for information that is going to help them making more money, business and invest opportunities that are going to make them richer. They spend most of their time online to look for wealth creation information.

8. Spending Money
The poor – The style of spending money for the poor is different from the rich. They buy branded items because they wanted to feel and experience of having it. They buy not because they really need it or the item can make them richer. So you see, the reason they spend their money is different from the rich. Another thing is that the poor spend on something that will not make them money, that is why they keep on having no money.

The rich – They will spend their money in assets. These assets are going to make them richer. For the rich, they will save at least 30% of their money, and invest most of the rest. This is how they become more and more rich. They prefer quality items no matter what the price is.

The poor – When they are free, they will watch television, they will enjoy themselves and relax. Maybe watching dramas and have a good cry when the show is touching.

The rich – As for the rich, they will keep themselves busy and keep on searching for the best deal in town. They will bring along their business proposal even when going for sports.

3. Learning
The poor – What they learn will not make them rich. Most of the time, they will learn something like handicraft. Even if they created some handicraft for sells, they just wanted to make a living, they will never think of selling them to become rich.

The rich – So what do the rich learn? They will learn management. They learn how they can manage their business better, how they can spend more time creating more profits.

4. Investment
The poor – The main idea for the poor is that, saving is the best profits. They will save most of their money, but not for investment, not for making more money, they save only for the purpose of saving. Even if they have the money, they don’t willing to use it. Sometimes when they decide to make an investment, but in the end they will stop doing so because they afraid of taking the ‘risk’ of losing money, they don’t dare to take the steps. If they can open up a restaurant with $10,000 and they can make $10,000 every year, it is considered as a good investment for them. Their policy of investing is ‘invest not to lose money’.

The rich – Talking about investment, the rich always wanted to make money from investment. Take back the same example just now, do you think the rich wanted to open up a restaurant with $10,000 which is going to make them $10,000 every month? No, they will think this way. If they have $1,000,000, then they will need to have 100 restaurants set up and manage. And they will certainly reject this investment because they don’t have so much time to manage so many restaurants. What they are going to do is that they rather use the $1,000,000 to invest in other properties like hotels. Their policy of investing is pretty much different from the poor, they ‘invest to make more money’.
